Asking for a Friend, I havent worked on an AXYS yet, so are you guys self tapping a drain plug for the chain case? And for removing the chaincase cover what are you doing to get the cover off due to no clearance to pull it off? Thanks

Ohhh trust me they were speculating what was done to the sled. AT the time of this races I had maybe 400 miles on it. I spent 4hrs the day before these races tuning off the G-Tech timer and made great gains. The word was that i took the motor out right from brand new and had it DONE. Never mind...

Could be the main relay. Try testing the stator before you spend that amount of cash to replace it just thinking its that. The main relay is like $20 or a little more.

The 11 series will give significant gain in the bottom to mid range pull. I knocked off alot of time in 660' on my TImer from 10 series to 11 series. They are not a top end weight, 10 series are better for top end.

Bigger bottom gear to get the desired gear ratio. And less dog leg is better yes. I have the IQR Tensioner on one of my INDY's and theres absolutely no whining noise, but yes others say they hear that whining.

1.73 ratio is good yes. I run a 1.74 on the INDY

I dont own an AXYS, I Run the Intense on my Stock INDY and also my Modded INDY. I am stretching my Modded INDY to a 136 and am putting a 136" Intense on that. I have reccommended this track to many people and they are blown away at the performance of it. A few guys on the Rush Pro Ride chassis...
