Bearing Service - Jackshaft & Drive Track

Hearing that the 22MY flange for jackshaft was redesigned to help prevent clutch side jackshaft failure... Both schematics for Babbits online show '21My and '22MY with save flange part number still. Heard new flange is part # 5144103 and will fit Axys back to 2018 as well.

What's the best tool or method to prolong bearing life on both jackshaft and track drive? Seems OEM bearings are sealed and will fail, ok with using different bearings but what's everyone using for tips and tricks to keep them greased?

Are there any options out there to better service these bearings. OEM are sealed, aftermarket allows us to pull the dusk seal and manually pack with grease. Hard to believe they really don't offer a method to service this.

    Broke Part I.D Help

Found these misc. parts in the bottom of the pan on the clutch side while cleaning the sled. Don't see any obvious spots where they came from. Wondering if you guys have some suggestions as to what's broke. Sled has been working fine still. (2016 Polaris Rush 600 Pro S)

    7S Bugs

Are your sleds 2021 or 2022? I just reflashed my sled with new firmware. I noticed the intro when you turn the key on to be different and there more menu options included. I have not ridden yet to know if some of the bugs metioned earlier are eliminated. I'd really like for the fuel gauge to...

In addition, I too have noticed that my 91-non ethynol keeps reverting back to regular unleaded from time to time. Pretty frustrating, is there a known fix?

I run the medium windshield with Klim gauntlets. Using spring riding gloves with no issues and the gauntlets have see thru windows to view controls.
