If I recall there is no foam. That circle foam piece in the link I put in the previous post seals tight to the hood and then there is a foam strip in back of the hood where the fresh air comes in.
I’m not familiar with those but if it’s different can you machine down the face to bring that starter in farther or shim it and longer bold ya not sure what style they are.
One is probably just gunned up more then the other I have had that happen many times. There should be no cables it pressurized/ spring activated. Yamaha and cats use a cable.

Your going to need to remove the skid. Remove the adjuster boldt in the limiter straps to release the preload on the center shock. Then unboldt the center shock. Unboldt the rear one and remove it.
Have you checked you ski alignment to make sure it’s not toed in? If you increase your center shock spring that will take weight off the skis and get more weight transfer to the track.
