Pretty much anything will work, as look as it keeps it's shape and doesn't mush out. My personal favorite is an old piece of hyfax. It's easily cut, and readily available. Yup, Bergstroms are spendy, but in my opinion worth every penny.

The Adventure comes with a one up seat and no backrest. I added the two up seat and backrest with the heated handgrips. At the time, the footrests weren't available. I found two different part numbers for the footrests, with same price of $149 for each of them. Polaris part number 2882797 this...

Polaris is releasing a foot rest kit sometime in October or November. A lot of us with the Poo 2 up seat have been waiting patiently for this product. Time will tell if it pans out.

No, they make a full size cover for the Switchback. I bought one this spring, and it fits like a glove. I bought an enclosed trailer for this season, so I won't need the cover. It is new, never been out of the garage. It's for sale, pm me if interested.

It should be warrantable. It is a common complaint on the WE shocks. Other members have posted on this issue and had the shafts covered. The answer for sure is one phone call away. Give your local Polaris dealership service department a jingle.
