I just found something interesting.
About 5 minutes ago or so, I was typing a response to a thread. When I typed the word "mod", it automatically inserted a smiley about a mod.
Then, in another thread, I was welcoming a new member and it inserted a smiley for welcome.
Just thought I would bring...
Welcome dscottdragon, er..a.. 14indy8!
Another HSC convert.
It will take a little time to figure out the format, but some good info here.
I kept my same screen name, although no affiliation with religion.
rabbi is very close to my last name and a nickname I was given in high school, so the name...
I think your timing on getting this site on line and running is perfect.
By the time snow flies, all the kinks will be worked out and PSP will be a Polaris wealth of information.
Admins, Staff, and Mods, Keep up the good work!!Rockon
True, but I don't miss chokes, cold blooded engines, rejetting when temps and elevations change, stuck floats, plugged pilot jets, fuel shut offs, cleaning carbs every year...etc
I'll bet someone is or will be working on a heat shield to isolate the throttle bodies from exhaust heat.
How much room is there to work with between the two?
Might be the next POO update.
The MY 2010 Rush started the whole Pro- Ride revolution. It has been slowly refined since then, but until the AXYS came out in MY 2015, the Rush has marched on in the Pro- Ride chassis.
What's everyone's take on the LWT verses the P-2?
Which one is holding up better?
Why was the P-2 dropped in favor of the LWT?Dunno
I've never had a chance to have a LWT apart yet.
To me, it looks just like a TSS-04 on the inside.
But the P-2 does like its rollers. I replaced mine at 2,000 miles and will be watching them more closely.
They weren't totally flat spotted, just starting to delaminate and looking rough.
Durable design though with 3 rollers. A lot better than the old press in slides.
Maybe it's just me, but...
Another nod for the triple points.
I have them on a pair of SLT's, it's the best combination I have run to date.
No darting, low steering effort and has excellent stick in the corners.
What more could you want. And an added benefit, they wear like nails.
I joined this weekend.
Lookin' good so far. Seems like a lot of gentlemen are sliding over from HCS. I look forward to some good camaraderie without the "mines bigger/better/faster than yours" mentality. Keep up the good work!!SmileyFaces7
