Mine's doing the same. Spatter everywhere puddle in the belly pan. It was warmed up once to get it on the trailer and once to get it off.

The short plastic is there so your track doesn't catch the end of that rail. The aluminium channel isn't nearly enough to act as a protector if studded. Looks like regular sliders will fit. Just need to figure out which ones to get and the thickest ones possible.

It has to do with the small radius the belt has go around in the secondary when in overdrive.

Hey, new to the site and it's been awhile since having a polaris. Anyway, I snowchecked a plain one and have it already. Picked it up yesterday.

3 studs per bar gives you 171 and you won't have the issue with the last 2 bars being the same. Or a 4-3-2 pattern would end up at 171 also. I'm going with 3 per bar, all singles, triggers.
