I use shrink tube between the bars and the stock warmers. And stock grips fit back on also. I did this to my last 3 sleds and 6 of my friends sleds. Shrink tube does not move or come unglued or fall apart.
I also used header wrap, but I used 4 hose clamps to help hold it together, 1 down buy y-pipe, 1 on each side of the spring tab on the side of the pipe. and 1 near the can. then I painted it with black high heat paint, cost about 80 bucks.
Well as for the other company they make a very good product just very hard to get a hold of. For details on arcticedge products best to call him. I don't want to give out bad/wrong info, on spec alloy ect. Just going with what I seen run I real life.
Well after my friends dealing with a few different companies on there bb or porting the past 3 years, and a good talk with jaws, boost - it turbo, I went with Brent linderman @ arcticedge. Very helpful pulled the engine out one Sunday and he answered the 2 questions I had to call him with.
Ya I talked to my dealer thanx guys, Because I pulled my engine out I'm going to have them set the power valves and double check my tps. Just to make sure everything is OK.
