Brock what cat thermostat u use?

Any complaints about removing thermostat? Does it help the cooling with the stock head also? How long does it take to warm on initial start? Sled seemed to b hard to keep Temps down. Ran 126 on really loose trails. Hard pack and in towns would go up to 135 -150

Where u able to get seals back in and out without damage? Thought about doing what you did just don't want to wreck a new bearing either or have seal blow out and get grease on the clutches

Has anyone had any issues with the jackshaft bearing on the axys or did I just get a bad one? only made it to 2300 miles, completely blown out while on a trip up north. Anyone try modifying these to use a grease fitting? Or a better aftermarket bearing? Hate having to go home early!

I modified a extra set of 10-70 weights at work today to 68.3 What does everyone think work or not?

Having the exact same problem. Pretty much same setup except 140/240 secondary spring. 7950-8000 rpm. Last year 8250 all day long. Thinking of grinding the 10-70 weights to 68 grams

Installed my pcv from dtr today. Thing I noticed/question is the engine temp on sled gauge is about 30-35 degree hotter then the laptop reads through the pcv . Any ideas?
