    Electric starter

    You can buy the starter ring that fits your clutch, but you will need to rebalance. Not much of a savings over buying complete clutch with the starter ring installed.

    Proper clutch alignment

    The secondary should float OUTWARD When the primary grabs the belt it pulls the secondary outward because the motor twists outward. The float saves the bearing on the jackstaft as much as anything.
