I have a 2000 600 touring exhaust valve rattle

My sled has an exhaust rattle that appeared after a piston/engine rebuild. Has anyone else experienced this rattling. It seems to disappear at about 3000 rpm. Everything is very clean
 
Yup checked that all out. Even put in new springs. Bello all good. Even went through carb to make sure there was no excess fuel going to either cylinder. The excess fuel could have slightly loaded up a cylinder. Ves was always correctly maintained and all parts show no sign of wear. It kind of drives me crazy.
 
Checked the valves again One seems to have a little slop in it. Maybe have to replace the whole ves. If I can find one. Also my engine has 7800 mi. Maybe that’s why. Lol
