The Storm 150 track - Studs

Ok , so this is a 2019 xc Indy 129 correct? If so the hyfax used for protection on this model goes all the way to the front, this is not the case on s 2018 Assault. The 19 is full length, that’s a good thing. I’ve run a storm track in an assault I used 1.890 hornets in the center band. You...

The Storm 150 track - Studs

O ya.. INS hornets currently running 1.890 in canter band and 1.540s on the outside. Was using just the center band and I think it was fine like that..1.640s would be what most guys will use

The Storm 150 track - Studs

Your out side studs are going to be one size shorter, due to the tunnel protection not going all the way to the front.. maybe even two sizes. Best advice is just do the center and send it..

    Real World Test Results

Just change secondary spring, ur rpms are fine, if it will pull a 140-200 or stock spring, it will pull harder. If your belt has that kinda miles on it , I would make it a spare..imo

    Clutching advise...

Yes the 48-44 would work better, sounds like you have a miss shift, may have to control your ski lift some, but the helix change will help, and that spring is plenty strong for the 48-44. Or you could put he 155-222 spring in and try the 50-44 again, up to you
  19. Dr.Notadoo

    Clutching advise...

YOUY CAN DO ONE OF TWO THINGS ...EITHER BACK OFF ON THE HELIX TO 48-44,OR 46-42 OR PUT ANSTIFFER REAR SPRING IN IT ..LIKE A 140-220, OR A 155-222 FOR HIGH SPEED TRAIL60-80 MPH THE BLACK SPRING WILL WORK VERY WELL KEEPING THE SLED IN THE RIGHT RATIO..
