10-68's balanced at 68, 120/310 pri, P2 sec 50-44 f Dalton 140-200 sec spring, 1.73 gears, Gates belt, Slp pipe & can, Spins to 8,200. No fuel programmer. Need 100 to 200 more rpm. I do have a 46-42f P2 in my 600 and a 145-220 P2 on the bench. Dalton adjustable 66 gram weights unused yet also

Slp likes 8350-8400 rpm

You could change the 140/200 to a 145/220 with you’re 50/44 fp and try ?

But to pick up 200 rpm more I’d go with the 46/42 fp with a 145/220 tabbed spring
 
leave everything as it is ,take the slp muffler off and put stock muffler back on it, and see if your rpm come up..there restrictive..
 
It just crossed my mind Doc, would the oem muffler then put more heat into the SLP pipe?

But the slp pipedont fit into stock muffler well
 
When the stock muffler goes over pin on cross member and fit snug by tapping down till seated.
Put the slp pipe to it now and you’ll see what I mean

Ok, sled is 375 miles away. Is the fitment too long,too short, too high, too low?

Change you’re 50/44 fp to the 46/42 fp and try with the one change to see?

Yes, I plan to after Friday the 29th. My son will be on the 600 till then this upcoming week. I will just swap the complete P2 off the 600 and readjust it for the Gates belt.
 
No change in setup , but from 20+ above zero to 10 below zero I gained 100 rpm and went from

Colder temps can gain a lot of rpm

So can taking it out of e mode ,lol

SLP says to run a 160/340 in the primary, that would bring your R's up.
