    Bikeman-Polaris Axys 800 Owners!!!

The BSFC, CFM and AFR testing is done way before the proving step. The fact is that ours are set properly which allows us to repeat power like we do. Which is why we show you the proving on repetitive sweeps and long extended pulls like we do. Many tuners would love to see that information to...

This is the difference in the 2018 AXYS 800 ECU

Timing offset is done for several reasons- 1. Since most of the power goes out the Clutch side (PTO) the crankshaft will have a slight torsion wind to it. This torsion wind make the PTO piston timing different than what the Flywheel timing would indicate. 2. Sometimes pipe design and curvature...

This is the difference in the 2018 AXYS 800 ECU

We are over the ECU Speculation. It's time to tell you the differences between the 17 AXYS 800 and the 18 AXYS 800. I am going to keep this short and sweet so if you have any questions feel free to ask. 1. The Timing Offset is different under high Load / high RPM. Timing offset is when PTO has...

Performance Q & A with Joey from Bikeman

#1 Power! Better HP with more over Rev. #2 longevity! Polaris Pistons have been refined but still do not meet the standard skirt length to bore ratio. The durability piston fixes this. Sent from my SM-G925V using Tapatalk

    2017 pipes

The base fuel vs tps isn't any richer, however the altitude correction makes it a hair richer at higher elevation above 7000 rpm Sent from my SM-G925V using Tapatalk

Performance Q & A with Joey from Bikeman

Yes it's a pretty easy modification. Sent from my SM-G925V using Tapatalk

    2017 pipes

I believe when Jim tested they were still in breakin mode which was adding extra fuel. I have the ability to look at the entire mapping and do not believe it has enough fuel to sustain peak power. Sent from my SM-G925V using Tapatalk

    2017 pipes

Yes a fuel controller is recommended on the 2017 models while running the bikeman pipe. The Bullydog is the best option for it because it's a complete ECU reflash and fixes all the background items that are questionable in the stock tune. Sent from my SM-G925V using Tapatalk
