Few pictures from Hay Days 2017

Yep, went up to Bikeman, after walking the entire swap. Met Tom and talked to him for a little bit. Nice guy. His sled sounded great when they started it. I'd love to hear what it sounds like when he gets it wound up.

    0 to 5 mph problem

I did change the belt when this started to happen. Both belts were good. I agree, on the good side it's August. I figured that I would fix this problem and then summarize the sled.Div20

    0 to 5 mph problem

I finally got a chance to look at my sled again. Track tension was good. I didn't look at the clutch yet but think that I'm going to bring it down to Indy Specialty (20 min drive from home) for there complete clutch service. I did check the chain tension by grabbing the clutch and moving it...

The problem that I am having is that when I try to start out slow it feels like something is binding than lets go and binds...

Bikeman stage 3 was happy until???

I'm not sure how far I backed off the tension bolt. After I got it finger tight, I remember it seamed like I loosened it a lot to get it to 1/4 movement.

Bikeman stage 3 was happy until???

I finally got everything, but the slp engine strap, installed and set up the way you recommended. The problem that I'm having is I can only get 7800 - 7850 rpm's. I set the belt to sheave with a brand new belt. I did not go back to the broke in belt before testing. After reading the proper way...

    Secondary spring help

I just got a 140/220 secondary spring from my dealer and I don't think it's the right one. It's Polaris part number 7044511. It looks more like a primary spring and it has a tab sticking off one end of the spring. Shouldn't the new spring be almost the same size as the one that came stock?

    Jaws pipe heatshield

Has anyone seen or have a picture of the Jaws pipe with there heatshield on it yet? Is the heatshield smooth or did they stamp JAWS into it? After emailing with Jaws for the last two weeks, they don't seem to be able to show me a picture of the pipe with the heatshield on it.

Bikeman stage 3 was happy until???

On these Dalton weights, I got the QAP-3 set. The base weight is 66 gr. I could go three different ways to get to around 68 gr's. 1- put in the 2.5 gr set screw for 68.5 gr. 2- put in the 1.9 gr set screw for 67.9 gr. 3- put in the .7 gr set screw and the 1.3 gr set screw for 68 gr. For putting...

Bikeman stage 3 was happy until???

There is good info in Brocks response though. I'm not going to buy a SLP pipe because I don't want to change the stock muffler. If I go with the Jaws pipe, I'm not sure where to get a Bully Dog or PCV programed for that pipe. I really like the stock look which is one of the reasons I kind of...

Bikeman stage 3 was happy until???

Brock, Santa was very good to me this year! I can afford more parts! Would the addition of a BMP or Jaws pipe and a tuner change your recommendations for the set up that you posted for me? Of the two pipes, which one would you recommend? Witch tuner would you recommend and where would you...
