My setup on my 2014 Switchback 800 pro s is, 1.73 gear ratio, Dalton weights, 120/310 spring, 50/44F with a 140/220 spring, 1.25 track and 144 1.325 studs and a Jaws pipe. The problem that I am having is that when I try to start out slow it feels like something is binding than lets go and binds...

I just got a 140/220 secondary spring from my dealer and I don't think it's the right one. It's Polaris part number 7044511. It looks more like a primary spring and it has a tab sticking off one end of the spring. Shouldn't the new spring be almost the same size as the one that came stock?

Has anyone seen or have a picture of the Jaws pipe with there heatshield on it yet? Is the heatshield smooth or did they stamp JAWS into it? After emailing with Jaws for the last two weeks, they don't seem to be able to show me a picture of the pipe with the heatshield on it.
