Should the notch be there, or is it supposed to be completely round? It's off of a 2010 dragon 800 iq, part # 2520901, we believe.

the digital gauge wont work all warning lights work and tail lights also no flickering of the lights high beams come on bright and steady witch makes me think the vr is okay any advice helps also if i try to switch from modes nothing happens
