1998 xc 700 wont run right

I am no to this forum so any help greatly appreciated I have clean carburetors and gone through very much everything and still is spitting and sputtering. I Have run out of ideas.

New plugs? You have good spark? Good Fuel Flow? Are you sure you cleaned the pilot jet?
 
Yes new plug wires,caps and plugs. Checked spark and seems to be good. And pilot should be good.

Are you sure you have good fuel flow, like maybe a plugged tank filter? Plug color should be bright white spark not yellow.
