1999 RMK 700 needs an engine

Hey guys, recently scored a 99 RMK 700.

I have worked on old triples a fair amount but new to the Libertys.

A buddy has an older wedge with a 700- I’m wondering if I’d be able to rebuild and toss it in this 99?

The 99 appears to have come with everything BUT the motor so my question relates to the fitment of 99 components on the older engine.

I’m assuming the older motor has 220s.

Read that water pump might be different

Post a picture of the motor you want to put in it and what year. I think all the "redhead" 700 Liberty motors were the same.
