2000 600xcsp Engine swap 2006 600ho with possible timing issue????

Hi there im in need of some help lol. I have a 2000 600 xcsp and motor was removed due to coolant taking crank bearings out. It was replaced with a 2007 600ho carb shift engine they used only the engine it self and reeds and power valves . All other parts are 2000 xcsp including flywheel, cdi . Now its runing but seems to be lacking some power and its max at about 6000 rpm 60km and starts bogging down like it needs fuel? also idles but slowly chokes its self and kinda sounds like it misses and pops after about 1min .. so i guess i need some info on timing? Cdi and flywheel? Carbs maybe?

Hahaha yeah sorry! i couldnt find my first post. But i think i figured this out now! Lol

You need the HO flywheel and CDI. Set the timing to 28 degrees. Be sure your carb to cylinder rubber manifold's are not delaminating and leaking air. Check your reeds for chips.
