2003 SKS 800 not firing properly

Hello All- I figured I would post something on this forum to see if anyone can offer any assistance. My twin cylinder 800 has not been firing properly since last year. Figured it was a carburetor issue, however took flat side carbs out this weekend and cleaned all jets and floats and everything looked fine. Unscrewed all three Jets while doing so in both carbs. Still the same issue with the left cylinder not firing properly. Switched spark plug cable pack with my 700 and still same issue. Both carburetors are receiving fuel properly. If I disconnect the left spark plug cable, this sled still fires up and runs, but if I disconnect the right plug, this sled will not start. Disconnecting both spark plug cables with the plugs out, I'm getting plenty of spark on both plugs. Choke cable is adjusted so that chokes are all the way down at the off position. At this point, I'm at a loss. Any troubleshooting advice would be great greatly appreciated
 
Is the left side plug wet with fuel after its running on right cylinder. Just making sure its pulling fuel into cylinder. have you done compression test . How did this problem start after it sitting or riding

It's not necessarily wet with fuel. I did take airbox off and put my hand over intake and it floods with fuel while running. So I'm inclined to think it's getting fuel. I forgot to mention compression in my original post. I have good compression in both cylinders, but I didn't have a gauge with me at the time of evaluation. It seems like a fuel issue since spark is same on both plugs. And any fuel getting to that cylinder is burning off. Someone mentioned a warped cylinder. Maybe a fuel restriction at the "Tee" that ties both carbs together. I did note that that plastic sleeve connecting both carbs rotates very free. Don't know if that's supposed to be solid with zero rotation allowed. The problem started at beginning of season 2 years ago. At that time, I did change choke cable. Since both chokes on both carbs are zeroed out at off position, I don't think it has anything to do with that. Just coincidence. I plan on doing compression testing next time I'm upstate bringing gauge with me.
 
The plastic T does move not solid. Wonder if you have a needle and seat sticking closed not letting fuel in?
