2015 switchback 800 top end bikeman rebuild

I lost the skirt off my piston with 2,600 Miles. I bought and installed the durability kit from Bikeman. Installed the pistons and it seems to have nice power, but the rpms bounce all over and it idles really rough. Any suggestions. Thx

Can you please give us more info?

What you mean by rpm bouncing all around?? Idle? Under load?

Do you have a bully dog with pipe?

What can?

I have just a BMP can, other then that it is stock. The rpm thing is major, if I give it throttle from an idle say up to 3,000 rpm it will stick there for a while and then go up and down for a good 5-10 seconds and maybe stick at 2,500 rpm revving really high. until I give it throttle again. This is happening while setting in garage not out in the snow. it is very erratic. I have a video, what is best way to upload a vid on here. Thank You
