Wondering if someone can help me out, I have a 16 polaris pro s and it started to stall at start up like its lean then started to have a hesitation around 5000 rpm
I have changed the tps i have set the tps have changed the filter in the tank removed the tank got all gas out and filled with 91 ethanol free gas a couple times.
Cleaned the power valves. It has 3500 miles on it and the problems started at 2000 miles. Thank you

Start by replacing the cheap chinese relays in the sled. Its possible the load shed or exhaust valve relay is failing. Even if they are not the fix for this problem, they are bound to cause problems at some point. Search around, there is some discussion on here for the Panasonic part # to replace them. You can order them from Digi-Key pretty cheap.
The only other thing I can think of is to check the reeds, but I haven't heard of anyone really complaining about failures in the VForce reeds in these sleds.

Thank you I will try the relays and I did check the reeds they were good. I took it out of the trailer and its seems to be running lean to me around 4100 rpms not the 5000 That I thought. Thank you for your help/
