2016 Polaris Axys Switchback 800 Pro X
New guy here been lurking for a bit, this seems to be source for Clutching info.

My 2016 switchback Pro X has the backcountry 1.75 track very happy with the track even on hardpack trail no studs. Was looking to confirm the gearing on this sled. Also what recomendations to start with to get more out of this sled. Spins pretty high at around 8450-8500 no fade issues original belt just over 1000 miles. Is this over revving a touch best Ive hit is 93 mph but not the best area or conditions? Any help will be appreciated looking to gain a little bottom end for trials not concerned with top end so much thanks in advance.

For stock motor n pipe , that is over reving for sure. Best to under rev a little , most u wanna see is 8300 rpm on stock motor and pipe.

Any baseline suggestions to start with . I’m 21: 42-70 with a 2.86 pitch. Wanted to leave stock gearing if I could for now and maybe just springs and weights.
