2016 Polaris Switchback Pro S 800
Can I run 1.52 studs with a 1.25 ripsaw track without issues? I know Polaris says that you should not run anything longer than 1.35 but I don't think that is enough penetration.

i would go no bigger that 1.450" on that track. i have those on my cobra and i get around a 1/4" bite

I'm running 1.520's on my Cobra 1.325" with no issues whatsoever.

wow...those studs and backers look more like weapons!! those backers will definitely help for bent studs

Those backers do look like weapons. I have a "local expert" that has been telling me to go with a machined aluminum backer. Says in the 12 years he has been using them he has never had a stud pull out, likewise with the hornets no breaks or bends in on over 15000 miles.
