94 Indy 440 engine interchangeable with 95 340?

I’m trying to figure out if the engine out of a 94 Indy 440 is interchangeable with the engine in my 96 Indy 340. All the space seems to be there but I’m just not sure if they are basically the same engine with different displacement. Does anyone know if they are compatible?

How much of the 440 do you have? Just the motor? Carbs? CDI ? If it just motor to motor then I would say no.
