Having problems getting my 99 XLT Special to idle correctly. It always wants to idle high. Tried spray around carbs to see if there was an air leak. Didn't find any. Carbs are synched. NGK B9-EV plugs. Running all stock except for Aaen pipes. Jetting is correct, needles are clipped in the middle. It runs like a dream, just won't idle. Thought I saw some postings on this problem, but couldn't find them. Looking for solutions. Thanks.
