Haven't seen it posted here. I just bought and installed this Axys driveshaft bearing fix kit on my '18 XCR. It makes the bearing greasable.

It can't be that hard to drill the flange and put in a grease nipple.

Yes very easy. Also make sure to put a pressure relief vent .

Is there a cork gasket between the tunnel and the flange?

aren't the bearings sealed bearings?

Yes they are. I’ve never seen the kit but I’d assume you have to dig out and remove that outer seal on the bearing and don’t touch the inboard seal of the bearing.

Yep remove bearing seal and just grease it. The problem is the factory white lithium grease is garbage and most of the time dried out. My sled has 500 miles and there was barely any grease left in bearing. Good way to smoke the whole bearing. Now i can just grease it whenever in a few seconds.
