blown stock pipe

hey guys exactly what title said i blew the sensor right outa my stock pipe melted alot of wires.....
i was out rideimg and rpms kept dropping as day got warmer thought it was the temp untill and exhaust sensor voltage code came on. this happened once before and wire mearly unplugged itself so at the next shack i took sled apart then realized i had more issues, not a pretty fix but temporally wraped tin foil and wire around sensor to seal it up and get home, after nearly destroying stock heat shield couldnt get sensor tied tight with it on,, limited tools in the bush!
.. dropped it off today hopefully i will get warenty on everthing it damaged.... few pics below...

Same thing Just happened to my buddies 2015 pro x the other weekend. His pipe was a ssi modded stock pipe tho. But same thing. Blew the sensor right out

yes mine is also a 2015 pro x, if it has happened to someone else i hope thats a plus for me to get warrenty

They warrantied his. They will yours exp if the pipe is still all stock. That's not supposed to happen forsure.

That sucks the bung came right out. Had to be a bad weld from factory??
Polaris will warranty it. Tell them you want something free in return for your time too. Tell them the story. Good job and hope it goes better for you now.
