Found these misc. parts in the bottom of the pan on the clutch side while cleaning the sled. Don't see any obvious spots where they came from. Wondering if you guys have some suggestions as to what's broke.

Sled has been working fine still. (2016 Polaris Rush 600 Pro S)

Looks like part of a bearing race, jackshaft bearing on its way out?

Well sad to say, the jackshaft bearing is toast! Can't believe this didn't leave us on the trail since the bearing is gone.

Are there any options out there to better service these bearings. OEM are sealed, aftermarket allows us to pull the dusk seal and manually pack with grease.

Hard to believe they really don't offer a method to service this.

Looks like you caught that just in time before it really started to do some damage.
You can pull the seals on the OEM bearings still, I did mine with no issues.
Word on the street is they redesigned this bearing/carrier for '23, not sure what changed or how easy its going to retrofit though as no one has seen a demo unit up close yet.

I'd also consider doing the upper chaincase bearing at this point too, who knows how much it was stressed with the shaft being able to walk around on this end.

Totally agree - I think i will do both sides on jackshaft and both sides on track driver just to get the whole system back on solid ground with 5,800 miles on this sled.

So How did you make out with the repair, looked like maybe the tower got damaged a bit as well as the bearing retainer. An Pics?

Yes the bearing flange needed to be replaced. Did all four bearings, lower drive track bearings were a little loose but I do have 5800 miles so.

All done and ready to ride.
