4 months, 2 weeks, and 4 days until the trails open in Vermont! Can't wait to get my sled in. Should I clutch and gear the sled right when I get it or wait until after I break it in? Want to send the primary to Indy specialties for balance, machining, and new custom weights (with heavy tip weight) and I asked him to not tuck the weights. Already have 120/310, 1.74 gears and chain, and the 50/44fp with 140/220. THINK SNOW!!!LetitsnowSled2:Die

You can do all that. Balancing especially.
I would just wait until you get 400+ miles on sled to clutch and gear .
Suspension needs to break in too, that's a huge part in performance too.
