Anyone have any good clutch setups for 16 axys 800 155 8-10k ft? Belt driven Factory gears
Sled has ssi pipe mod
Rider 190lbs plus riding gear

Have both tss04 clutch and team tied
Open to options on both

Thanks

weight , suspension, track lug and gear ratio plays a big role in clutching.

The pipe mod is not friendly when motor is optimum and hotter. Falls off hard.

But, you can start with something like this

Try a set of CPC IT ( 60-70 gram)Adjustables . Start with around 63 grams+. 120/310.

46/42 full progressive helix and 140/220 spring

Thank you for the info. I will definitely try this setup in a few weeks when I head to the mountains.

Have you liked the full progressive helix better for 8-10k feet?
I take it this setup is for the tss04 secondary?
