Engine power flat at top end.

I have a 2016 600 Rush Pro S with 3700 miles. It seems to be a bit flat on the top end recently.

My guess is I need to clean the exhaust valves. I've never done it yet.
Any other thoughts?

Cleaned the exhaust valves and performance is back to normal.
