Are the thumb warmers on the XC's decent or do other riders freeze their thumb off like i do? Or is mine just not working properly? In the u.p. over the weekend. Thumb never seems to get warm, hand warmers get almost too warm.

Replaced throttle lever, works now...
 
Did you tear off the heater element on the throttle? Or the entire throttle?

Replaced throttle lever. Wasn't too bad, but the 100 dollar price tag for the part.
