Got my new SB 800 today-Stud-Exhaust-Clutch advise please

so u guys run stock exhaust? I saw some other guys had all sorts of tuning issues with aftermarket exhaust/cans, I don't wanna have any problems so I should probly stick with all stock exhaust.
 
so you guys just run stock exhaust? I heard guys had tuning issues with adtermarket cans etc... I should probly keep it stock, don't want problems
 
The thing is, it may be a little heavier. But it works so dam well on dyno with all pipes .
