- Late 80s indy 440 with a 600 triple motor
Any info would be appreciated. Late 80s indy 440 chassis. Ive put in a 95 xlt 600 triple in it. No choke cable at all installed. And i want to hear the motor run before i spend more money on it. Kind of a budget build right now funds are tight. Squirted fuel in the carbs and fored up with a high idle. Carbs have only been cleaned and the idle has not been messed with. The question i have is without a choke cable assembly is the idle going to remain high until one is installed. And when i say high im talking 4-4400 rpm.
