Low coolant temp

2020 xc 800 runs around 113 to 118 degrees coolant temp. Will go to 130 if left to idle. At WOT will cut power at about 70 mph. Bad thermostat,temp sender or what else? My 600 runs 124 degrees all day.

Could be thermostat or blown head gasket.

All the redesigned motors since 2018 run lower temps, cant go by what the older 600 runs. 800HO got a new head design & stat in 2018 and they run more like what you are seeing.
Ran ny 850 all day today between 99 and 110.

Did you change out the electrical relays yet? The relay that runs the power valves could be shot.

My 2020 800 XC 137 runs at 105 degrees F (41 C) as it's normal operating temp. My 2015 600 Switchback Adventure ran at 125 degrees F (51 C).

It sounds like dirty exhaust valves to me, seen it a bunch of times

How would exhaust valves affect engine temp? If they are clogged and not working properly that shouldnt affect engine temp.
