Need a good recipe

hi everyone !

I got the new switchback assault 800 whit 2" log
My gearing is 19-40
I change my track for ice cobra 1.6
I love the acceleration but miss a bit of top speed and drink a lot of gas !

I change the gearing for 23-40 and I change my finger clutch for 10-68 but run to low 7800 rpm
I put back my 10-66 and now my rpm is good 8200-8300 for the consumption it's better but now boring to ride no more fun whip and not really faster

I am realistic if I want good acceleration ,a bit of top speed and normal gas consumption??
Or I live in a fairy tail

Someone have "the miracle recipe "
