Oil filler cap issues

I had a skidoo xp 800 that had same issue the threaded part of tank is soft and cap is harder plastic so the tank warps and cap goes on cross threaded and leaks !! I ended up buying a metal cap liner of amazon worked pretty well I thought it was a skidoo thing but, happened on my pro s ! I just had to buy same insert :( anyone else have this problem yet
 
I had the same issue but it was my oil cap. I bought a new cap and haven’t had an issue since.
 
Installed the metal sleeve problem solved :)
 
I’ve had same issue. Anyone have a link to such metal sleeve to fix this?
 
In all of my years of snowmobiling I've never had an issue with oil reservoir caps.

Me either until I noticed my wife's Rush show small signs of oil getting past the cap. As I thread it on it feels kinda funny like it's not threading good. I think a new cap or aluminum insert will solve it.
