Operating temperature and a 650?

I have a 650 2023 Matrix VR1. Total snow conditions I have trouble getting the temperature to 100°. Out on a slightly snow covered Road that has a total base on it, I don't have a problem reaching 140 ° with tucking off on the shoulder of the road multiple times in four to six inches of snow. Is that normal?

100 is right about where the stat opens on the newer sleds so the first part sounds good.
The second part has way too many variables to it, is the snow loose? totally packed like a rock? How much snow is getting into the tunnel?
Dipping into snow definitely helps, but they always take a while to drop temperature once it climbs up.
I wouldn't worry just yet.
