How is the rear skid and track removed from a 16 Switchback Pro? Where is the best place to pick up the rear of the sled without compressing the rear shock?

I hung the sled from straps to the ceiling of my garage and you remove the four bolts (two each side) I didn't need to remove the track so did the bottom two bolts at the back, if you are removing the track the top two bolts need to be removed sled.jpg
