so my 2015 rush pro s 120 with the 800 is working awesome but the top speed on hardpack compared to a bit of snow is unbelievable..113 mph on hardpack and 90 in 3 inches of snow with hardpack under it...how do I get more speed in snow?thanks

What track and gearing are you running. This has the typical symptoms of a stock over geared sled.

slp stage two with stock gears..it flies on hardpack..23-37

yep stock gearing is too much. 23/77 @8250 shifting out to 10% overdrive =122mph. that's never going to happen. gear to 23/40(or even a tad lower) shifting out to 10% overdrive =113mph. There is simply to much resistance in the snow and not enough HP to ever think about pulling 113mph with the stock gearing.
