The computer says one thing and in the mechanics tech tips it says something lower? Mine currently is .898 which the computer says is out of spec? This is on a 15 shorty ,,so if I'm checking should I just change the tps just cuz? The new software won't let you go to the next screen till the error is corrected?so in team tips its in the 600-700 range and in the computer its in the 900-990 range?

Yep, correct doc.
And if your voltage is lower then 0.900 @idle on tps.you'll foul plugs and won't idle @1700-1800 rpm.
Your sled should idle and jump a little from 1700-1800 on the 15 models
 
Well it's now at .925 and did the valve relearn,, when I started it would only pull 8000 with the clutching
I had in it,,,,now with no changes it now pulls 8400 and just sounds angry now!wish I had checked this last season
Been chasing clutching for a month now!
