I'm looking to pick up an xcr. Probably a left over Want to keep my 60 th so probably end up doing motor on it It also needs a primary. Been back and forth between the xcr and assault. Tough decision! By fall I guess I'll make up my mind

You live in NW PA? Me also. Where do you ride? Can't go wrong with either sled I decided to go for assault and try something different and looking forward to the versitility of it and faster top end.

Yes I'm from Sligo Clarion county. Have rode a lot of Marienville in the past. Been going to the UP in MI for about 10 yrs Also have rode NY some Wanting to go to Canada sometime also. When we have snow we can get up into the forest and run into NY from my farm Been wanting to leave home and back pack to Tug but just haven't had snow. I'm sure that be one for the books! 320 some miles from home to casino in Salamanca NY and back. We will have to get together sometime Where are you at? How much more top on the assault ? Would also be nice for storage options.

thinking of grabbing a 2010 turbo rmk to add to the garage or maybe a silber turbo for my sled.

Nice

I'm adding new cat pistons with titanium wrist pins . Different head and domes.

Experiment with different exhaust probes and resistance for pipe heat

Adding my Yamaha DuPont sliders

Experiment with clutching and gearing as usual

I have kicked around trying the DuPont sliders for a few years now. In some reading I have heard guys say there hard on track clips. Have you ran the duponts?.

Yes, I've ran them in a few sleds and no problems that you speak of?

That's what I was thinking or all the Yamaha guys would be bitching about track clips wearing. Do you have a part number for the duponts that fit the 144 assault?.
