Curious if anyone has run or currently running Straightline’s NOS system? Any feed back would be great.

I'm interested as well.

I installed one years ago on my 2006 600 RMK. Still have it on. Works great. The hardest part was finding the proper 1/8 to 1/16 plastic reducer fitting for the fuel line to feed the fuel nozzles. Acklands Grainger in the US was the only place, and had to order 10 or 20 of them at once. I plug the power and ground into an unused connector in the wiring harness by the steering hoop when I am going to use it. 400 rpm gain on the button, supposed to be a 40hp shot. Can have the throttle pinned at 70 mph, hit the button and the skis pop up instantly stay off the ground as long as you are on the button. The power is exactly the same until the bottle is empty. I have the bottle mounted upside down to my fender in front of the muffler, used a boondocker nitrous bottle bracket, bolted to the fender.

It use to be Holtzman and then Straightline bought out Holtman and there pantent. I have ran a few of there kits they work great.

What kind of octane did you need to run on the 40shot?

I run pump gas 91 octane. Just adjust the fuel screw properly on the valve for the additional fuel.
I can hold the button for a mile, until the DET starts to flash, then I let go of the button. Can keep the throttle pinned the entire time.
When I let go of the NOS button the det light goes off. Wait 30 seconds and hit the button again.

I run a Bikeman modified stock pipe and a Bikeman ceramic coated silencer.

I ran one on my 2014 INDY 800 that had the motor done to the nuts. As Pockets said, hit the button and skis never touch the ground. I also seen 400 RPMs gain and 3 sled lengths in 660' gain. I still have it and not sure what sled I am putting it on yet!

How many hits would you roughly get out of a bottle?

On a 40 hp shot I would get roughly 6-7 1000-1200’ passes drag racing on a 2 1/2 lb bottle on a 80 hp shot I would get about 3 passes.
