    2015 800 pro s switchback starting problems.

Yes I did have to take it to the dealer so they could do the reflash. It doesn't take very long for them to do it.

Polaris offers a computer reflash to take care of this problem. I had the same issue with my 2016 Rush 800. It's been fine ever since the reflash.

2016 800 HO is fuel injected. Reflash would probably be your option, although the reflash was more for restarting a warm engine because they would sometimes run to rich when you would try to start the sled again.

Questions how to make the triple more reliable

I rode a 88 Indy 650 for years that was stock and it was trouble free and very reliable. I can't say that about my 86 Indy 600 that took pistons out often.

Bigfuse I looked on Dalton for the 110-290 spring and I couldn't find it. It was a primary spring you were talking about right?

Thanks for your input and spring suggestion, I can do that. So when you say load the heel. Do I run the 1 inch screw in till it bottoms against the tip weight I add or stop short of touching? If I stop short how do you know that all 3 weights are set equal for heel weight depth? Sorry adjustable...

What do you use for weights? I bought a set of Dalton QAP 3 weights from Dave and I'm not sure how to setup the weight on them since they're supposed to be a little more aggressive than the 10 series Polaris weights. I know people say you have to load the tip and the heal of the weights. I'm...

Hi guys. I'm getting the parts together to get my clutches setup on my 2016 Pro S 800 shorty. I'm setting up my P2 secondary and I want to order some springs for it. I just got my new helix from Dalton It's a 50/44 fp and the polaris spring #7043495 140/200 is still available but the 7943496...

    belts for axys

Great thank you for your reply.... I have always run factory belts and didn't want to order the wrong one. Have you found anyplace that sells them for a good cost. Although compared to the factory belt they are all probably cheap. Lol

I'm wondering if the Gates - 46C4387 - G-Force C12 Drive Belt is what everyone is using?

Thanks racerdace! I'm definitely interested in the weights and I appreciate your reply. I will probably order a 40t sprocket since I have a 70 pitch chain already that come out of my XCR 800. I'm guessing the 48/44 helix would offer better backshifting and the 50/44 would work a little better...

Hi guys I'm new to the site, I'm pretty new to this clutch tuning stuff. I have a bone stock 2016 Rush Pro S 800 120" 1.25 lug track. I have 144 1.5" studs I purchased for it that I need to insall still and I purchased a P2 secondary because I like what I'm hearing about the secondaries great...
