When setting Chain so there is 1/4" back/forth movement that means my tension bolt is backed off around 1.5 turns from where you can tighten it by hand. That sound right?

Could be conditions, or that your belt isn't slipping anymore...

What do you feel is the shortest set screw you can allow to hang out the back so you have enough threads so it doesn't fall out? You using blue Loctite on the set screws?

What means did you use to lower FTS and IFS - just loosen up the tension on the springs and clickers so the shocks sag more, but still provide some rebound and travel?

I agree, I would go back to what was working last year including the TSS-04. Then, once you get consistent RPM's back throw in the Team Tied to see what impact that makes and adjust magnets in weights to get the RPM's you need. Does the TSS-04 and Team Tied run the same secondary springs?

When I asked Venom what multi angle Team Tied helix they have that would best match the performance of the TSS-04 48-44 and 50-44 helix, they stated the P/N 960013 64-60F—66-62F would be the closest. I also asked Venom what Full Progressive Helix would be a close match to the angles 68-63 and...

I would have tried the 155-222 first. 160-240 is a lot of pressure for the secondary IMO. If that doesn't work, try your other weights...

What was determined to be the helix to run for a Team Tied to best match what most seem to run for the TSS-04 (which is 48-44 or 50-44)?
