Picked up a Swtichback 800 Pro S last spring and i'm looking for a cover. Is the 3/4 cover the only offering? Hard to believe they don't have a full cover.
I'm sure that sticking a hose down the cylinder is the pro way of doing it and if you can manage it, go for it. The method I started the post with was very easy. I sprayed till it choked off, then I removed the spark plugs and sprayed some down the cylinders and turned the motor over by hand...
I just came over from Yamaha and just fogged my first 2 stroke for storage since 2008 and I came up with a trick I thought I'd share
To make it easier to shoot fogging oil in the intake/air box I drilled a small 5/16" hole in the air box near the injection oil reservoir. I used a push dart to...
Makes sense.

Installed tail and windshield bags. Tail bag is a little small and will hold two bottles of water. The windshield bag is big and heated by the motor. Install is easy.

Changed out the front bumper. The new one is better looking, protects better, and is more functional. Very easy to install.

So I just got a new Polaris 800 Switchback and the dealer and manual says 91 no ethanol. I'm used to 4 strokes. What's the problem with ethanol? Do you guys really change the mode on your Sled if you can't find pure gas? I'm used to putting the highest octane I can find regardless of ethanol.
