    avid 9 teeth 2,86 pitch

Thanks for the formula. So 8.19(9 tooth)-7.283(8 tooth)= .907" So it's .907" bigger circumference . So it would be half that closer to tunnel/heat exchanger (.453")

    Gearing

Best thing u can do is? Ditch the tss-04 and get a P2 or tied. It's like night and day difference . No comparison!! The upshift and backshift is way better , plus less friction, less heat = longer belt life . The 1.81 ratio does work good. You'll have to load clutches more cuz of this though .

Welcome to the site The gauge is cool but expensive to buy as an add on after. If you plan on using the maps all the time then it's good

    New 18 to Dyno soon

We're curious as hell too I'm hoping for a better(lower) exhaust temp the most with ecu complimenting the colder engine temps . I still believe changing the exhaust probe was parameters only. Very very few faulty exhaust probes with ntc thermistor type on 15-17 models

    Primary clutch rebuild

Always oem I measure used bushings ID before I change them . Then measure new installed. The new are one to two thousands bigger ID then used. Not a big deal. But tolerances should be tighter as it's a vesple bushing and will wear.

    Primary clutch rebuild

The part I don't like is the moveable sheave and cover bushings. They should have tighter tolerances then the used ones taken out??

    Primary clutch rebuild

Pic is of old parts off primary. What I've noticed in the past few years. The spider buttons new aren't as thick as used ones (.250"-.245"),so you have to use the 0.002",0.006", 0.0010" spacers. The warn bushings ID is better and smaller then new bushings ID . Not much, one or two thousands of...

Ok got it. You're making washer ID larger to stop snagging in snap ring grove

Is the problem the slot for snap ring on shaft ur talking about? By the way, taking 0.025+ off that washer will let it shift out more too. I take material off back of helix for that
