sled stars idles fine reaches temp and will stall pulled plugs pto side flooded checked tps change a fuel filter and sock after changing those things sled starting acting up would try to stall when letting off and has got worse any thoughts
Just wanted to say thanks to the DR. for figuring were I went wrong with my clutching and all the other that replied with the help full tips( outcast ,Brock ) I have tried a few combination the sled has always ran good but just not that consistent so I do know from my triple years with steel...

not sure he's not sure he bought a kit he is going to ask the supplier I have a 50-44 f we are going to put that in and go back to the 70 weights and going to see if jim has a map for the bikeman pipe with no timming i am thinking the cam is to big and thanks for all your knowledge and help...
we have the following
1.74,120/310 primary 140/220 secondary bikeman pipe in eth mode we are running 68 gram belly busters we had 10 series 70 grams would rev enough pcv5 back
ordered with the timing how much will that wake this thing up
my buddy just put bikeman pipe what is the target Rpm for this pipe he has all of the recommended stuff just no adjustable timming 2015 800 axis

well after this weekend tried
the stiffer secondary spring worked OK for the first 5 miles but my clutches were hot with the softer spring are usually cold can't get the sled to rev over 8000 sled reved the same with 220 finish as 260 finish
the 220 spring was more consistent with the 70 start...
I've tried the 70/44.46 and 70/42.46 with 66 grams to 70 grams with stock secondary spring and 140/200 and 140/220 so this weekend i am going to try the 70 helix with a 140/260 (not a fan of heavy spring pressure)and a 66/44.46with the 140/220 see if one of these help
Rode my buddies Axies switchback 800 and he has the 50 /44 full progressive cam and mainly trail riding i would like to install a full progressive in my pro r 800 would this angle work for my sled .

I am replace the track on my pro s 800 have the rear suspension out how do I get the track passed the rear swing arm do I have to take it all apart to get it out

I just bought a balanced clutch off Dan for my pro r 800 and he sent me an updated set of weights and the last hole uses the small magnets the first set of weights looked like the picture posted racer Dave
