Axys 800 Oiling system and pump

You will find mixed opinions on adding oil to your gas. On the 800 axys the oil is pumped into the crank case at various locations, the oil stays suspended in the air mixture or is suppose to) and is then travels up the transfers where the fuel is injected then is pushed/pulled above the...

    rush pro s

yep stock gearing is too much. 23/77 @8250 shifting out to 10% overdrive =122mph. that's never going to happen. gear to 23/40(or even a tad lower) shifting out to 10% overdrive =113mph. There is simply to much resistance in the snow and not enough HP to ever think about pulling 113mph with...

    Polaris P2 secondary on a Indy 600?

Ok , I will wait to test it with the longer track.. The seat of the pants felt like the pipemod made more power but around 200 rpm lower than the stock pipe but ill test against the timers when we get some snow.

'15 SWB 800 summer upgrades wanted.

how many miles? I would check motor mounts over really close and replace with the newer design. It only takes a little bit of engine movement which changes center to center to effect clutching especially top end.

Thoughts on this new clutch prodcut from Bikeman?

Cooler belt temps is always a good thing. This extra cfm must cost HP although it may be minimal. any idea how much this HP loss is?

    Cutler tm

they work grat if you have good traction, they however will overshift easy in loose conditions and rpm will be a little low.

    Cutler tm

You'll probable end up around 63-66gr. with those weights the have a very aggressive shift profile and will act 3-5gr. heavier than what they weigh

2015 axys 800 Low rpm /TPS/Exhaust valve second stage

the throttle plates open too far or past 90deg to the point that they go past full throttle and start to close the problem is the tps signal keeps rising, now you have extra fuel being added and the throttle blades starting to close. I have heard of guys wrapping tape around handle bar as a...
